A stray kitten (barely weaned) dumped on my father-in-law's doorstep, about a month old. After she was refused from five different shelters, he had no choice but to raise her. As an adult, she is highly active and friendly.
After my father-in-law died unexpectedly in July 2024, she was adopted by his neighbor and is no longer a part of my family. I am grateful she was spared from going to a shelter and hope she has a long and happy life.
